Note: Any item(s) with asterisk, or tagged as “Optional” are not included in the initial assessment/estimate, but may be included as an Addendum at an additional fee for service, unless noted in contract. Services not listed may be included upon request and ad hoc assessment.

 

POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING:

  • Rough Clean Phase One: After Framing, Plumbing, and Electrical Work are Completed and Inspected. Removal of Reasonable Debris and Trash; Removal of Stickers from Windows; Floors Swept and Surfaces Dusted. (as low as $.10 per sq.  ft.)
  • Rough Clean Phase Two: Prior to Last Building Inspection Leading to the Final “Punch List” for all Contractors. Removal of Reasonable Debris and Trash; Removal of Remaining Stickers on Appliances, Fixtures, Cabinets, and Windows; Baseboards Cleaned as well as Light Fixtures, Door Frames, Interior Windows (Basic Cleaning Inside Only), Mirrors; Floors Vacuumed and Mopped as Necessary. (as low as $.15 per sq.  ft.) 
  • Final Interior and Exterior Clean Phase Three: All Building Inspections Have Taken Place, no Other Contractors Will be Entering the Structure. (Interior) Cleaning of Walls (Including Remaining Dust, Dirt, Scuff Marks, and Smudges); Dust Light Fixtures; ALL Trim, Baseboards, Doors, and Window Frames; Detailed Cleaning of Kitchen(s), ALL Toilets, Sinks, Bathtubs/Jacuzzi’s, and Showers; Floor Cleaning (Waxing and Buffing OPTIONAL), Vacuuming of Carpets; Mouths of Vents and Floor Heating Exchanges; *Washing of ALL Interior Windows (including Tracks and Frames and Ledges); Removal of Trash, Plastic Coverings/ Stickers from Appliances, Cabinets. (Exterior) Removal of Reasonable Debris; *Washing of Exterior Windows; Sweeping and Dusting Entryways; Sweeping Driveways and Sidewalks (*Power Washing OPTIONAL); Hallways (if Applicable) Swept, Damp Mopped, or Vacuumed and Dusted; Dusting of ALL Exterior Lights. (as low as $.15 per sq.  ft.)

*$.2 per sq. ft.  increase for “Final Clean” would apply to any structure with floor to ceiling heights above 9 ft. having ledges, lighting fixtures, and other accessories which would require our staff to utilize a utility ladder to access for a thorough cleaning/dusting.

Note: Cleaning items requested after ANY phase has been completed and approved will be provided at an additional charge.

 **Window cleaning includes interior as well as exterior surfaces, and is billed at a rate of $9-$15 per window depending on size.

***A flat rate of $100 will be added to any window cleaning invoice which requires A.P.C. Co. Staff to utilize a utility ladder to access windows above floor level.                                                                                      

RESIDENTIAL VACANCIES MOVE IN/MOVE OUT

  • Interior and Exterior Windows (Height Restrictions Apply); Sweeping and Mopping of Floors; Dusting of Surfaces; Cleaning of walls; Dusting of Ceilings and Light Fixtures; ALL Trim, Baseboards, Doors, and Window Frames; ALL Toilets, Sinks, Bathtubs/Jacuzzi’s, and Showers; Floor Cleaning (*Waxing and Buffing Optional), Vacuuming of Carpets; Mouths of Vents and Floor Heating Exchanges; *ALL Windows (including Tracks and Frames); Removal of Reasonable Trash. Sweeping and Dusting Entryways; Sweeping Driveways and Sidewalks (*Power Washing Optional), and Hallways if Applicable (*Waxing and Buffing Optional); Dusting of All Exterior Lights (Height Restrictions Apply).

BUSINESS OFFICES AND CHURCHES:

  • Initial/Deep/First Time-One Time Clean: *Interior and Exterior Windows (Height Restrictions Apply); Sweeping and Mopping of Floors; Dusting of Surfaces; Cleaning of walls; Dusting Light Fixtures; ALL Trim, Baseboards, Doors, and Window Frames; ALL Toilets, Sinks (Bathtubs/Jacuzzi’s, and Showers If Applicable); Floor Cleaning (*Waxing and Buffing OPTIONAL), Vacuuming of Carpets; Mouths of Vents and Floor Heating Exchanges; ALL *Windows (including Tracks and Frames); Removal of Reasonable Trash. Sweeping and Dusting Entryways; Sweeping Driveways and Sidewalks (*Power Washing OPTIONAL); Dusting of Exterior Lights (Hight Restrictions Apply).
  • Maintenance Cleaning: Maintenance Cleanings are conducted on a scheduled basis (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly, etc.), and can be provided at Three Levels of Expectations:
  1. Total Cleaning: Our Total Cleaning Maintenance Package involves a Top-to-Bottom cleaning/vacuuming of all unobstructed surfaces (desks, tables, floors, etc.), walls, restrooms, kitchens, interior windows, dusting of and around Televisions, CPU’s, Computer Monitors, and emptying of trash receptacles.
  2. Standard Cleaning: Our Standard Cleaning Maintenance Package involves a basic dusting, damp wiping, and vacuuming of unobstructed floors, desk tops, table tops, televisions, computer monitors, restrooms, kitchens, window sills, and emptying of trash receptacles.
  3. Customized Cleaning: Our Custom Cleaning Package allows the Client to design their cleaning package(s) to meet their individual needs. This option replaced our Economy Cleaning Package to give a Client more flexibility and to ensure that their cleaning needs and expectations are met.

CARPET CLEANING:

          Have your carpets professionally cleaned. We use the Heated Extraction Method for all of our Carpet Cleaning applications, and we provide Three Carpet Cleaning Packages to satisfy your needs.

  • Pet Premium Package: Includes Pet Stain Pre-Treatment, Carpet Pre-Treatment, Heated Carpet Extraction (Shampoo), Scotch Guard Protection Treatment, and Deodoization.
  • Plus Package: Includes Carpet Stain Pre-Treatment, Heated Carpet Extraction (Shampoo), Deodorization.
  • Economy Package: Heated Carpet Extraction (Shampoo).

WINDOW CLEANING:

We Cleaning Commercial and Residential Windows on an as needed basis, and/or a contracted basis.

  • Commercial Window Cleaning: Starting at $2.50 per pane. (Height Restrictions Apply)
  • Residential Window Cleaning: Starting at $2.00. (Height Restrictions Apply)

INTERIOR PAINTING:

  • Commercial and Residential Interior Painting: Starting at $225.00 per room.

  NOTE: Pricing will be determined by the following factors: Clients Expectation (Standard                Cleaning, Total Cleaning, Customized Cleaning), and Completion of our Signature 6-Point                  Assessment.
